Inclusions, Policies & Rules

  • All packages include use of tables & chairs: 16 six-foot rectangular tables, 5 eight-foot rectangular tables, 5 round pub tables, 150 brown folding chairs.
  • Due to our alcohol permit, no outside alcohol is permitted. We must provide the alcohol if you have it, and you will need to pay for bartending service. You may pay for the alcohol or offer a cash/card bar for your guests.
  • Tablecloths and linens not available.
  • There is a 25% non-refundable deposit and contract due to secure your date. We cannot reserve your date without a deposit and signed contract.
  • Prices shown are before tax.
  • Price must be paid-in-full within 120 days of your event date. If not, you forfeit your deposit AND your event date. No refunds.
  • We understand that life happens, but once you have secured your date and have paid for your event, we are unable to offer refunds.
  • Fake flower petals, confetti, etc. that are not biodegradable must be cleaned up after the ceremony.
