The Platinum Package at Harvest Moon Winery & Farms offers an unforgettable wedding experience with exclusive access to our scenic property and charming Event Barn. Say “I do” beneath our handcrafted arbor—indoors or out—then celebrate with ease knowing you’ll have private bridal and groom suites, tables and chairs included, free on-site parking, high-speed WiFi, and a venue manager with assistant on-site throughout your day. The package also includes two planning meetings, a one-hour rehearsal, and thoughtful touches like complimentary coat check. Décor and custom add-ons are available to help bring your vision to life.

As part of the Platinum Package, you’ll have full access to our custom handcrafted wedding arbor—designed to add a timeless, rustic charm to your ceremony. Whether you choose to exchange vows beneath it outdoors with scenic farm views or indoors in our beautifully styled barn, the arbor is available to you at no additional cost. It's the perfect centerpiece to frame your “I do” moment.
Frequently asked questions
Capacity?
Our grounds and patio can accommodate even the largest of weddings, offering plenty of open space and flexibility. The Event Barn comfortably seats up to 150 guests and is fully handicap accessible. We provide tables and seating for up to 200 guests, with additional seating available upon request. The venue includes ample parking and six restrooms, two of which are handicap accessible.
Food?
We do not have restrictions on catering—you’re welcome to bring in your own caterer or handle the food yourself. While we don’t currently have a commercial kitchen on-site, we do have trusted catering partners we’re happy to recommend to help make your day seamless.
Alcohol?
Our winery is set to open in the spring of 2026. Until our alcohol licenses are fully in place and operations are official, you are welcome to provide your own beer and wine for your event. Once licensing is complete, outside alcohol will no longer be permitted by law. At that point, all alcohol must be purchased through us, with options such as a cash bar or a set drink limit per guest. Service will be limited to beer and wine only.
Music?
Our barn is equipped to accommodate either a DJ or live band, with flexibility to set up indoors or on the patio based on your event needs. We also offer a large outdoor stage available for use, providing an ideal setting for live music in the open air.
Booking fee & Insurance?
To reserve your date, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. We also require that you obtain an event insurance policy to protect both you and our venue from any potential liability. We’re happy to recommend a trusted provider, with policies typically ranging from $100 to $150.
