• Sites are designed to host one large tent or up to three small tents. 
• Campers must ensure tents and belongings stay within the designated campsite. 
• No electricity and water on the sites. Electric charging stations are available at the buildings on the property. Fresh water is available at 2 buildings on the property. 
• Purchase of a campsite includes: Campsite, multi-day pass for 2 adults, Shower and restroom access, 1 bundle of firewood, and a parking pass.
• Maximum persons per campsite 8: All additional occupants (beyond the 2 multi-day passes that come with the campsite) must be registered and purchase a day or multi-day pass. Kids under 12, no charge but must be registered with 12 and under pass.
• No generators allowed.
• Leasing or subleasing of sites is not allowed.
• Pets are welcome but must be on a leash at all times. And must be cleaned up after.
• Quiet time starts at 10 pm till 7 am
• No smoking in any building. Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
• You are responsible for your own trash removal from your site. 
• (1)  Parking pass per site will be issued. No vehicles at the primitive sites, you will have a designated parking spot. 

All Van/Truck camping packages allow for (1) Camping vehicle on site and includes (1) parking pass for the designated campers parking lot.

• There will be assistance on-site to transport your gear to and from your site
• No swimming or fishing in the lake.

Check-in: Gates open for campers at 9:00 AM (ET) on Friday, April 5, 2024 

Check out: 11 am on Tuesday, Apr 9, 2024

Firewood Policy: No outside firewood allowed on the farm. Firewood will be available for purchase.

No personal golf carts may come into the property

Visitors:  All visitors must purchase a Festival Day Pass / Multi-Day Pass online or at the gate. The host camper is responsible for the behavior of all persons occupying their site

Cancellation Policy: 

There are no cancellations or refunds within 30 days of check in time.
